He did it again.
According to a new report from the New York Times, President Trump revealed sensitive information to Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte in a recent phone call.
Besides having congratulated Duterte for the supposed success of his bloody, human rights violating “War on Drugs,” and besides have invited him to stop by the Oval Office anytime, he also apparently revealed the location of two U.S. nuclear submarines to him.
These two nuclear submarines are stationed in the waters off North Korea, and Trump apparently mentioned them in the context of statements as to his perception of the possibility for imminent war with North Korea.
These careless revelations come after Trump revealed highly classified information to a pair of Russian officials in a recent Oval Office meeting. Those revelations put the most reliable inside source on information about the Islamic State in acute danger, because their identity was all but revealed.
One notable Twitter comment on this story says: “I served on subs. This is approaching John Walker-level. There is a reason submarines are called the “silent service”. Walker died in jail.”
John Walker betrayed the U.S. Navy for the Soviet Union in a few decades ago.
